4 years of related experience or education 60 NKBA hours or NKBA approved college education

❏ 2 Professional Affidavits – Completed applicant and affidavit information is included in the application packet.
❏ 2 Client References – Completed applicant and reference information is included in the application packet.
❏ Educational Documentation – Academic information is listed on the application.
❏ Certificates and Transcripts – Copies or originals are included, if applicable.
❏ Registration Form – The test date and location have been selected.
❏ Design exam preference – A paper- or computer-based test, software, and location have been selected.
❏ Candidate Testimony/Fees – All exam, registration, and other applicable fees are included.

CKD/CBD Design Exams- Fall 2012
Please note: You MUST be a highly proficient user of the software in order to use the NKBA exam version effectively. If you choose to use 20-20 design software, we recommend you allow at least 30 days time to familiarize yourself with the exam version.
Application deadline for the Fall 2012 CKD & CBD design exams and retakes:
July 1, 2012. There will be no extended deadlines.

For preparation of the Fall 2012 CKD/CBD Exam, the RM Chapter will be hosting the CKD/CBD practicum practice exam on August 17th from 12-4PM, $175 per attendee, location TBD. For more information, please contact:
