According to ‘Remodeling’ magazine online daily updates for May 16th, 2011, the EPA new rules governing contractors (those who paint as part of the remodeling project) subjected one New England contractor to enforcement of the newer rules. Further results not yet known, but will keep updating as more is revealed.
