The National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) is the premiere association for kitchen and bath professionals. The Association was founded in 1963 as the American Institute of Kitchen Dealers (AIKD) and has grown from 14 founding members to over 40,000 professionals throughout North America.

The NKBA is now the kitchen and bath industry knowledge resource for both professionals and consumers. Membership has expanded from kitchen dealers to today’s total of 11 industry segments, including: Builder/Remodeler, Cabinet Shop, Dealer, Decorative Plumbing and Hardware Retailer, Designer, Distributor, Fabricator, Installer, Manufacturer/Supplier, Manufacturer’s Representative, and Multi-Branch Retailer/Home Center.

The mission of the NKBA is to enhance member success and excellence, to promote professionalism and ethical business practices, and to provide leadership and direction for the industry. Where are Chapter meetings held?
Meetings are held all around Colorado, but concentrate mostly in Denver. The Chapter has made an effort to change the locations of meetings to include outlying areas such as Steamboat Springs, Colorado Springs, and Fort Collins. See our Upcoming Events page for information about planned meetings.

You can join in the learning regardless of where you live with the new video streaming offered for each meeting’s educational topic! The streaming link features a chat area to interact with the moderator, so you can participate in real time, even if you are attending the meeting remotely.
